To reset your billing portal password online, you must have access to the email address associated with your billing record. If you pay by PayPal?, this should be the same address used for your PayPal? payments.

Reset your VPS Management Password

To reset your Management Console password, simply reset your billing login, this will act as your "unified login" for access to all current and future GrokCloud? services. Note that to login to the management console, you must use the non-numeric billing login. (Older accounts may have only a numeric login, please contact support to receive a non-numeric login)
