We had been planning on performing a disk upgrade on the vps015 server within a couple weeks, but are now performing this URGENTLY and IMMEDIATELY.  This is being done urgently as we have determined that the vps009 server has in fact suffered a serious failure and must be migrated to other hosts -- primarily vps015.

We have spec'ed our "cloud" with plenty of redundancy and extra capacity, but we've had the odd (bad) luck of having several unrelated hardware failures occurring within a short period of time significantly reducing our capacity.

It is intended that we purchase at least one or two additional hot-spare machines to replace those that have been deployed in the past two months, in addition to whatever hardware we hope can be salvaged once we complete our integrity testing of those machines that have failed recently.
